The label has been signed by Edmund C. Moy the 38th Director of the United States Mint from 2006-2011!
The obverse is the Liberty Walking designed by Adolph A. Weinman and the reverse is a heraldic eagle designed by John Mercanti. The coin is 1 oz of Fine Silver.
