You are looking at the newest Horrorhound Convention Spring 2018 Annual.  These were available at Horrorhound Convention in Cincinnati (23-25 Mar 2018).  This is an awesome issue that covers the Walking Dead show and comics history, and great coverage and love for George Romero and coverage of all his films to include many pages about "Night of the Living Dead".  The Horror's Hallowed Ground section is about the movie as well!  You also get the guide for the convention (see photos).  Its a little booklet that is pretty awesome.
