This is a 28mm Leica R lens. f2.8 and version 2 and late serial number 370xxx. It's in excellent condition, glass is clear, focus is smooth (there is a slight resistance when focusing from min to max, dealer says it may need a regrease but it never concerned me in use) . These R lenses are excellent quality, this version 2 is a stunning 28mm, better than the M lenses and you can really see the difference compared to other 28mm

Remember when comparing to other versions that the later serial numbers the better coatings. So 370 is very late, i tried to focus on as late as i could find.

I was building a set of Leica R but decided to move to 'proper' cine style lenses which is why i am selling.

Price reflects price i paid recently, so really just looking for find a good home (i have others at the moment too)
