- You must provide personalisation details via eBay message or by writing it in your buyer note during checkout. We will contact you following your purchase if we cannot find this information. All personalised items require text from you, so if you don't wish for your item to be personalised please let us know this too so that we don't delay your order.

Please be aware that if personalisation details are not received your order will be delayed. We will hold your order for 48 Hours for you to get back to us, If we do not hear back from you your order will be sent without personalisation

UK Shipping: All UK packages are shipped via Royal Mail 48 (Unless other shipping method was selected on the order)

- 2nd Class ( Royal Mail 48) 2 to 3 Days Delivery Time
On the off chance that your order arrives and you are not 100% happy please let us know and we will do our best to find a resolution. If we have made a mistake on your item please let us know and we will sort in a hassle freeway.

Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and photographs provided of the issue. Your item will be replaced and dispatched as quickly as possible. Any Products you return must be in the same condition you received in and in the original packaging

Delivery costs to return unwanted items are paid by the buyer (Readymade items only)

Ready Made Items: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased, you can return the product for a refund for up to 14 days after purchase

Personalized Items: If an item has been personalized it cannot be returned. This includes any orders that have reached the production stage - this is typically within 12 hours after your purchase is made. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item and the text given to us is correct.
