 The OEM part is known to break preventing the ability to change the climate control from hot to cold and is now very rare and hard to find.

 Our skilled CAD designer has worked with of one of the best known VW mechanics to engineer an advanced part that is easier to insert when your blend door tab is not perfectly centered in the housing.  The new self-centering geometry assists the insertion making for a quicker job.

 While other available designs including the original OEM part will break the holding tabs when removed from the housing, we have tested our unique locking pin design countless times and it removes without breaking.  We are so confident in this design that if you manage to break the locking tabs when removing this part, just send us a picture of the damage and we will replace it for free during the ONE YEAR warranty period.

  Finally, we never use PLA plastic because it is brittle and breaks when cold and gets soft and deforms in the temperatures present inside your car on hot sunny days.  Nor will we use any other inferior plastics in our designs. This product is made of high-quality ABS plastic and will withstand the stresses of every day use, winter or summer.  After over 20 design iterations, we can confidently bring you the best functioning part available.  Anyone can 3D print a part, but few know how to ensure the final part has the strength needed to do the job.  With years of 3D printing skill under our belts, you can rest assured you will get a great product, every time.
