Returns
AT TRD Digital, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will work with you to make it right. Please see below for our full return/replacement policy:
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the date of shipping. There will be no restocking fee charged if the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sold (IE with all accessories, booklets/pamphlets ,and the original box/packaging), otherwise up to a 25% restocking fee will be debited from the principal refund amount. Any item that shows signs of misuse/damage by the buyer voids the return/replacement policy. We also verify that the serial number and UPC match the original invoice, and any item that does not match will not be accepted. Items that are returned passcode or Apple iCloud locked cannot be accepted for return, and they will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
To initiate a return, please use the Ebay "Contact seller" option to request a return authorization from our customer service team. Please do not send back any item without requesting a return authorization via eBay first. We cannot guarantee a refund for any item improperly returned to our warehouse. All return packages must be shipped using a service that offers a tracking number and proof of delivery. Shipping Costs are nonrefundable unless the error lies with us. Buyer pays for return shipping. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.
Once the return is received and verified, we will send a confirmation message and credit your Paypal account. PLEASE NOTE: all returns take 48-72 business hours to process once they are received at our facility.
Should the return not meet any of these guidelines, the refund may be reduced or the return may be refused with no refund.
Exchanges:
We are sorry, but we do not offer exchanges at this time. We ask that you return the unwanted item as per our above policy and repurchase the new item instead. For defective items, we do offer a same item replacement if requested. Replacement is subject to availability at the time of return, otherwise a refund will be issue if the item is not in stock. Please contact us about the option for a replacement before sending your return.
