⊙ We accept PayPal only. Paying by E-check through PayPal would delay the item's dispatch, we'll ship the item after the E-check clear.
⊙ We ship to Worldwide by Hong Kong Post airmail or China Post airmail. Delivery Time is approx. 9-12 business days to US destinations.
⊙ Items will be shipped out within 48 hours after your payment has been verified. (Weekends and Public Holidays excluded.)
⊙ Please be sure your shipping address is correct. We will follow your address listed at the PayPal payment for the shipment.

⊙ We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee for returned items due to wrong address.
⊙ Shipping for other country is usually a flat rate. For combined purchase, please contact us for the shipping charge.
⊙ Please contact us for shipping details if you would like to deliver by Express delivery.
⊙ Buyer will be 100% responsible for any custom duty if there is any.

⊙ The product has 1 year warranty. Buyers must contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period.
⊙ Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
⊙ The tracking number and insurance will be available for high-value items.
⊙ NO refund accepted after 30 days of receipt.

⊙ We do exchange if the item is DOA. Also, we accept return within 30 days after buyer receives the order.
⊙ All returned item has to be in the same condition as we send you the order.
⊙ We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.
⊙ Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, NO replacement will be made.

⊙ Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

⊙ In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
