Returns

All items are sold with a 30-day no
questions asked return policy as long as it is returned in its original
condition with all accessories. If you would like to return an
item
please contact us via email at PayPal is the only form of payment
accepted and Immediate Payment is required.
and we will provide you an RMA and a free return shipping label. After
30 days check for warranty coverage by referring to the listing or
contacting us for information.
Specific terms are:
If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the 30-day
return period and we will issue a refund or replace the defective item
for you if stock is available,
In the event that a suitable replacement
is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original
payment method or a company check.
RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from
the issue date, meaning the returning must be shipped by the
customer and received by us within 14 days.
Product received after the
14th day will be returned to sender. RMA numbers will not be extended
or re-issued.
All returned products that are no longer
able to be sold in their original condition (ie. unopened, undamaged,
and including all accessories) will be subject to a 5%-20%
restocking
fee depending on the condition of item.
Merchandise should be packed to avoid
shipping damage and shipped via the provided pre-paid shipping label.
Product received damage due to improper packaging
will be subject to
additional fees.
Once we receive your return we will ship a replacement or process a credit within 5 business days.
