      Return Policy

      • All sales are final.
      • All items carry a 10 day warranty unless otherwise noted in item description.
      • Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify ACL within 3 calendar days if any products are missing or damaged.
      • Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
      • No returns after 14 days of initial receipt by buyer will be honored. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a refund will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications.
      • Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., in original purchased condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping.
      • ACL will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells.


      Shipping Policy
      • Our shipping and handling charges are combined to ensure the lowest possible fee to the buyer. Most of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of high quality packing, advanced audit testing, and rigorous quality control.
      • All domestic items shipped via FEDEX Ground or USPS. International shipped via USPS. Any and all claims resulting from lost or damaged items will be the responsibility of the buyer.
      • Processing time: All orders are processed next business day after payment is received.
      • Order tracking: You will receive an email once the order is shipped from our warehouse containing the order tracking number for your convenience. This will help you track your order directly to its destination.
      • All duties and taxes for International shipments will be collected upon delivery to customer.
