Hi All : This is just a few pointers on anyone who is starting with their first Gaming Computer, Like everything else they cost money and in many ways , the more you spend more you get. But also like everything else you dont have to start at the top. We sell a range of computers made up of some used but fully tested components, and some new as this helps reduce cost. When choosing the Gaming Computer please dont be afraid to ask questions, we are here to help.  If you know roughly the Games you wish to start playing, please look at the games requirements we then can advise the choice of computers we can offer you.OUR GOLDEN RULE: if you are thinking of playing  games such as MINECRAFT or Fortnite the Graphics Card,  sometimes called the GPU is the main factor in the game working or loading smoothly. We also offer Onboard Graphics for customers that want to add their own Graphics card at a later stage.

FAST-TEK  Offers 12 Months Warranty on All New Items and 30 Days Warranty on All Used or Refurbished Items

FAST-TEK warrants your computer free from physical defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 Months from the date of the original retail purchase. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our option using new or refurbished components.This applies to New items only not Refurbished or Used (Used and Refurbished have 30 Days Warranty Only).

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, lightning or power surge damage, extreme heat or cold and corrosive environments. The warranty also does not cover the normal wear and tear on covers, cases, housing, connectors, and accessories. The warranty does not apply to any product with a missing, altered, or defaced serial number.We do not cover the Operating System Software as Warranty.

FAST-TEK  specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, and the user shall deem the installation or use of this product an acceptance of these terms.

Once a FAST-TEK  Technical Support Engineer verifies you have a hardware problem that requires you to return your product, you will be provide with a return address which needs to be printed and put on to the packaging and a date for when the item will be returned. A sales receipt from eBay may be required. You must either use the original packing or pack the unit securely to avoid damage during shipping.

FAST-TEK will pay the return shipping costs for products under warranty for the 1st 30 days after this period the customer is required to return the item at thier cost as the warranty is based on RTB basis . FAST-TEK is not responsible for the payment of any customs clearance fees or duties.
