Important Information
- Please ensure that you only apply these stickers to matte painted walls.
- Silk, satin, eggshell etc painted walls may result in the edges peeling away.
- Walls must be left a minimum of 3 weeks to dry before applying any wall stickers to freshly painted walls, otherwise this will effect the adhesive as moisture is still escaping from the wall.

Surfaces they can be applied to:
- Smooth matte finish painted walls.
- Mirrors.
- Metal.
- Fridges.
- Windows.
- Vehicles ( not laminated so will scratch from wear and tear )
Essentials requirements:
- All of our wall stickers must be left flat for 24 hours when taken out of the postal tube.
- If the wall sticker still curls after it has been left flat for 24 hours please allow more time until it remains flat ( weight like books may be required to encourage it to remain flat).
- Do not install above any heat sources such as radiators as this may encourage the adhesive to weaken.
- They're only suitable for matt finished walls, silk, satin, eggshell finishes etc other than matt painted walls may encourage the sticker to peel away.
- Wall paint must have been left to dry for a minimum of 3 weeks (it may feel dry after a few days but it still has moisture trapped).
- If you do not adhere to these vital instructions which are written in your instructions and in this description then we cannot issue a refund if any issues occur.

As this is a D.I.Y product you are responsible for installing the item correctly and it is your responsibility to ensure it is done correctly.
Our instructions are only a guide to help you install the decal and it is down to your own skills and methods to ensure the wall sticker is applied correctly.
Under no circumstances will Wall Smart Designs Ltd refund, replace or except any damages due to installation.
This includes any damages to the walls or desired surfaces when removed.

Returns
If you purchase (choose) the wrong size and want to return the item then you may do so but Wall Smart Designs Ltd will only refund 100% of the cost of the item and not the postage that was paid to send or return the item as these are made to order and can not be resold.
Wall Smart Designs Ltd will issue a refund when the item has been received and all items must be sent recorded delivery with all its contents.
Failure to send a return without a tracking number may lead into the item been lost in the mailing system and you will be personally held responsible for the loss of the item and a refund will not be permitted.
Damages
Unfortunately at times items can get damaged in the post.
Although Wall Smart Designs Ltd pack them solidly and securely accidents do happen.
However you do not need to return any damaged items, all Wall Smart Designs Ltd ask is that you send a photo of the damage to us by attaching the photo to an eBay message with a short description of the issue.
Please ensure that you report any damage before using the item or it will be voided and Wall Smart Designs Ltd will not be able to refund you under any circumstances.
All items are delivered by My Hermes and require a signature. Postcodes IV, JE, GU are sent via Royal Mail.
My Hermes tracking numbers can be found in your order details, Please contact us for your Royal tracking number if you are in the postcodes above.
If you’ve received a ‘Something for you’ card, it is because no one was available to take delivery of your item.
The quickest way to retrieve your item is to contact the My Hermes customer service team via their website.
My Hermes will make 3 attempts at delivery so it is your responsibility to ensure that you are at home to collect the item from the courier.
