Most of our auction items are used. Even new clothing sizes can be all over the place, but used clothing is even more so. Because you wouldn't be getting any kind of bargain if you flew out to try the clothing on (or even took the bus or train), we try to help you determine the fit from the comfort of your home or yurt. Here's how: we measure the pertinent areas with the garment laying flat on a table. We do not double any measurements or stretch the fabric. You should find something in your closet that fits well and that has a similar cut or style. Measure it the same way and compare it to our measurements. If you want other measurements or have questions, send them along before you bid. This will help ensure that you are perfectly happy with the item you are bidding on. We give everything a very thorough going over and try to photograph and describe all of the issues we find with an item. Please read descriptions carefully and check all of the photos.
