This is a 10” long Hubley toy poultry truck from the 1950’s.  Unlike so many other models from that era, it includes the poultry!

The truck chassis is marked #494.  The truck's flat bed is marked #497.  All paint is original and shows moderate wear from being played with.  None of the truck parts are loose and there is virtually no damage.  The grill is in good condition and shows only one small nick.  The tires are in great shape and show almost no signs of wear.

There are two out of the three original crates remaining:
- One crate is complete with an attached lid.
- One crate has a lid that is missing one pin (see photos) which will allow it to be removed.

There is a third lid but the third crate is missing. (Both loose lids have one pin missing so either can be attached to the second crate.)

It appears that all (18) of the original poultry are accounted for:
- Six (6) brown chickens
- One (1) red rooster
- Three (3) red ducks
- Eight (8) white ducks.
