ALL packages are insured unless you request it NOT insured. eBay ESTIMATED shipping rates shown do NOT include insurance or handling fee. This must be added to the invoice. Also PA sales tax if applicable. If you pay the original eBay invoice that does not include these 3 items, you will be invoiced for their total.If you desire SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION  on your item, tell us immediately as the carriers charge for that service and we would place that fee into your invoice. Ebay policy states that items over a specific value must include  signature verification.

US Mail + UPS BOTH raised rates again  in Jan 2018 and US Mail did away with low cost Parcel Post. We always search for the best rate to your zip code based on PA to your zip, box size and weight. We HATE these shipping rates as much as you do as it hurts how we feed our family when sales are lost over something we cannot control.

All our listings end at the same hour so we are working as fast as possible to wrap and invoice you. Please understand if we are not able to reply immediately as its likely we had 10-15 other email at the same time. We WILL get back to you!

As with all vintage electronics this is offered as is without warranty

If it is incorrect, change it before we invoice you. UPS charges us a whopping $12.50 fee to correct and forward to you. We will bill your PAYPAL accounts for this fee should it apply.

“Thank you” eBay invoice. It will represent Ebay estimated shipping and NOT actual shipping based on the best rate we find.  Ebay is not a shipping service like US Mail or UPS and has no interest in locating the best ship rate for you

– instead we will send out a second invoice which will be the FINAL INVOICE.  Please pay from this FINAL INVOICE from SHERIDAN, as it will have exact shipping per wrapped package weight to your specific zip code. We will send you the lowest price choices that apply for your selection. We will search for the best carrier rates and bill accordingly unless you have made a special shipping request. Please know that when your item ended, we likely had 100+ items end and we appreciate everyone wants their invoice right away. We clear our schedules to do Ebay invoicing and work at nothing else until it is completed.

If you do not have your invoice in 36 hours, please check your SPAM folder and or contact us.PAYMENT IS DUE within 3 DAYS of win.  If you need additional time ASK FOR AN EXCEPTION BEFORE BIDDING.We are willing to work with you but we need to know right away if you need a special arrangement.

DO NOT wait until after you are invoiced and then ask for special packing or you may be re-invoiced to reflect additional weight/shipping changes to address your request. The FINAL invoice sent you reflect EXACT rate based on how it is packed, box size and weight by the ounces.

Communication must go thru Ebay messaging and NOT thru our private email, it will go unnoticed. DO NOT OPEN A CASE without asking for our help 1st. It’s very likely we can address it faster than the Ebay case as they allow up to 3 weeks to fix it.

If you have shipping damage, refer to the package insert in your box and SAVE ALL PACKING +BOX and contact us immediately. We will initiate  all UPS and FedEx insurance claims. US Mail claims may require you to initiate the claim on your end since you hold the merchandise. US Mail will not pay for you to return it to me so I may initiate that claim on your behalf. We do not want you to pay to return it to us so we may do it for you either. We will forward UPS Ins Claim money to you as soon as the shipper accepts the claim  or if you wish it may go directly to you when they resolve it.

INTERNATIONAL PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your Country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding /buying.  International shipping available and may include up to a max of $5.00 fee added to the shipping costs. If insurance is not an option for your country, items will be shipped at your risk. So if you want FIRST CLASS where it may apply, there is NO tracking or insurance on the item, therefore it ships at your risk.
