SHIPPING INFORMATION
 Items will be shipped within 48 hours after payments is received/cleared, excluding weekends and holidays. Items will be shipped via USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation 
FEEDBACK INFORMATION 
Your feedback is very important to us. If you feel that we have made a mistake with your item, please email us immediately. Please email us before leaving negative feedback so that we may mutually agree on a resolution. Negative feedback does not resolve the problem. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes. How ever we will mark the item as a gift and lower the value to avoid any custom duties and taxes. 
EXCHANGE 
If you purchased a product that you wish to exchange for an alternative size or color. You can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. 
RETURN POLICY
 If you are not fully satisfied with the product(s) that you receive then you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange, if an exchange is unavailable then a refund will be offered provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, within their original packaging and the tags have NOT been removed. Please take extra care to read the product care instructions with your items as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash. Please note that, we will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge
