Orders over $100 may require a signature for delivery.
We ship within 1 business day after payment is received, using either FEDEX, UPS, or US Postal Service. The shipping method is solely based on our discretion. Free Shipping is for the Contiguous U.S. Only.
For international shipments(Canada only), we offer USPS Priority International or USPS International First Class Mail shipping, depending on the weight of the item. All other countries are shipped using eBay Global Shipping Program. Buyers are responsible for all import taxes and duties.

Returns
1) Item must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
2) Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all tags/packaging/boxes. Items with heavy odor such as smoke, fragrance, food, etc will be refused and sent back.
3) Refunds will be based on purchase price only minus all shipping & handling costs. On returns with free shipping to the customer, the refunded amount will be the purchase price minus all shipping & handling costs.
4) A full refund minus all shipping & handling costs will be issued within 7 Days after receipt of the returned item.
