-Shipping only to confirmed PayPal addresses. Any international shipments must ship out via eBay Global Shipping Program . Ships within 1 business day Monday-Friday (We ship once every morning at 10 am. Any items paid for after will be shipped out the following business day). USPS or FedEx is used only. Local pickup is always acceptable.

-Customers are urged to message the seller if ANY problems with purchased item(s) occur so we can help the situation immediately. Items can only be returned within 14 days in its entirety in same condition as sent out - Not responsible for buyer misuse!

-Unopened items cannot be returned as opened. Items sold "as-is" also cannot be returned. A 15% restocking fee may be applied on any item returned that has not been damaged or altered on arrival to the customer, or returned after the 14 day period.

-Game systems, tablets, computers, laptops and other electronics may come with previously stored data as most people prefer the extras (i.e. games, programs, etc.). If you would prefer your electronics to be swiped, please contact us upon payment so we can prepare to do so before we ship.
