Here is a great CD transport from MBL - the 1521. It features a top loading transport mechanism that uses a weighted/magnetic puck to secure the CD to the mechanism. The top lid is then lowered down on top of the CD to enclose it in a dark environment. A new laser was installed in 2015. It does a wonderful job of extracting all the detail encoded on CDs. This unit is in very good cosmetic condition and works perfectly. it comes with the remote control and a power cord.
