This listing features the rare My Little Pony G1 building, Satin Slipper Sweet Shoppe produced in year 5 of Hasbro's G1 of ponies. This comes with not only a lot of the original furnishings of the ice cream shop, but also Scoops, the Twice as Fancy ice cream shop keeper with her apron. I would say overall this is in fair to decent condition.
The shop itself appears nice, but seems a little fragile to me. I thinks its just the construction. It will need another wipedown. Floor stick of the shop has some mottling on the sticker. Some of the stickers on the edges are slightly peeled. There seems to be brownish darkening that looks like glue they may have used to combine the plastic discolored, around the plastic.
