The Kingsley Guard-a-Key Key Safe uses a single, four digit combo. The Lockbox pictured is not the lock box being sent out. Some of the locks have cosmetic scratches or blemishes, but they are fully functional and reset to factory combination by the manufacturer. The locks do not come with packaging, but they come with manufacturer instructions.
