We understand your need for privacy. All products are sent in plain packaging with no mention of the content or our brand. Custom forms will be filled in with basic info. For example a latex hood will say "Hat". All custom forms will be filled in as "Gift". If buying from outside USA please check your country's import policy and whether you will have to pay additional duty / import tax. It's very rare this happens but it really is out of our control. Please do not leave us negative feedback if this happens, it's really not our fault.
