Return Policy (Within Australia)

Change of mind refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please read our returns policy below and follow our returns process.

Please contact us prior to returning the item(s) so we can supply return details. If you do not contact us prior to sending your goods back you will run the risk of losing your items and not receiving a refund.

We will refund the amount of the item excluding postage costs. Refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Time of receipt will be used from purchase date on eBay.

All items must be returned in original, unused and unopened condition. Original packaging must be not be damaged. Our returns department will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure these conditions are met.  If goods returned are found to break one of these conditions a partial refund of the total amount paid will be applied to your refund. The partial refund amount will all depend on the condition of the returned goods which will be reviewed by eBay.

Buyer is responsible for postage of change of mind returned items. This postage charge is non-refundable.

Due to government health regulations some products such as quilts, pillows, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, wool underlays, underlays, pillow protectors are not returnable.

If the goods you receive are faulty please contact us via eBay message. We will require a image of the fault that our customer service team can sight the fault.  Once sighted we will then provided information on how we will proceed with the faulty item(s).

International Returns (Outside of Australia)

All international orders are strictly non-returnable.

After winning the auction, you will be e-mailed with payment information.. This information will be sent to your eBay registered e-mail address. All items include GST. If you have any questions, simply click on "Ask Seller a Question" link near the top of this page.

Please make contact within 48 hours and Payment is due in 5 days from purchase date.

Australian Buyers - Paypal is preferred as it is the quickest. Sooner you pay for the item the quicker we can dispatch it.

Delivery within Australia

We use Startrack Express & Fastway Couriers - fully track able express courier system for your peace of mind. Please note that Startrack Express & Fastway Couriers are not associated with us. Do not leave negative or neutral feedback regarding freight issues as we are not in control of logistics matters. If you have any concerns with your delivery and can not locate your parcel please see below "Where is my parcel?". If you can not locate your parcel from following the steps under Where is my parcel or have any other issues please either send us a message via the eBay messaging system.

Delivery to Northern Territory will incur a $35.00 surcharge on top of any shipping charges. This surcharge will be applied automatically. If it is not we will contact you after the sale to arrange payment.

Please note: We do not ship to PO BOXES, POST MAIL BOXES, POST LOCKERS OR PARCEL LOCKERS ANYTHING SIMILAR. Please provide us another address. If you live in a unit or shared premises please advise where to leave the parcel as the courier company will leave the parcel at the premises if no one is home.

We will not be accountable for items which are delivered to the premises but then not found by the buyer. If you DO NOT have a safe place to leave the item then please supply another address such as a business address which an item can be left.

Delivery is not available on weekends.

Where is my parcel?  - We recommend you follow the steps below before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived yet.

When you purchase an item from Manchester Factory your email address is allocated to the shipped item. You will be emailed a tracking email so you can find the where about's of your parcel at all times. You will receive a tracking email when the item is dispatched from our warehouse. Please check your junk mail if you do not find it in your email. Further more a tracking number will also be applied to the purchase history on your My eBay page. You may click the tracking number to track your purchase.

The freight companies we use are very reliable and quick however if you have any issues with the delivery of your parcel that you contact the freight company first before contacting us. This will have a quicker turn around as we still have to go through the same steps to query the delivery of the parcel and may not be able to attend to this as quickly as yourself. If you're still having issues after contacting the courier company please contact us via the eBay messaging system or call us then we can also get involved to solve any issues you may be experiencing.

International Delivery

International orders will be dispatch within 1-2 days of when ordered.
