While I take great care in packing and posting the item, it it arrives to you in a condition you are not happy with or have any issues with the courier (I have found some couriers to be a little difficult) please respectfully contact me with the details and I will ensure this feedback does get passed across.

While we aim for all of our products to arrive in excellent working condition, as we trade in used and refurbished IT, occasionally some things do go wrong, or there may be unforeseen courier issues or delays beyond our control. Come plain retail boxed.
