PayPal is our only accepted method of payment. Payment should be made within 24 hours of the auctions end. After 48 hours, an unpaid item case may be opened and the bidder may be blocked until payment is made unless they have contacted us previously. Four days after the opening of a case, the unpaid item case will automatically close which may impact the buyer's ability to buy on eBay. Non-paying bidders are blocked.

Remember that your bid is a commitment. We do not cancel transactions after auctions have ended.

Most items are shipped in 1-2 business days after payment has cleared and are shipped within the US are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Higher value items and international items are sent via FedEx or UPS. Alternative shipping to may be made for Canada on a case-by-case basis but we do not offer alternative shipping to any other country.

Any duties imposed by countries for importing items are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All international customs policies are strictly adhered to and those asking for exceptions will be blocked and reported to EBay.

We offer combined shipping on any items to the extent that multiple items will fit in a single box safely. Please message us directly if you are bidding on multiple items ending on different days to avoid unpaid item cases from opening automatically. When you are finished shopping, please message us directly again so we can send you a combined invoice.

Hours

All questions should be made well prior to an auction’s end. Our office is open Mon – Fri from 9:00a to 5:00p CST with the exception of US holidays. Messages received outside of these hours may not be responded to prior to the end of an auction.

Condition Guide

Pristine – Items in “like new” condition with no signs of wear or damage. Likely used rarely, if ever.

Very Fine – Items with minimal wear respective of age likely to have been used on occasion, but not daily.

Fine – Items that show signs of regular wear which may include light scratches, minimal dents, or tarnish.

Good – Items have noticeable wear consistent with frequent use including deeper scratches, dents, warping, or tarnish.

Fair – Items with highly visible wear or damage. These items may be in need of repair and are being sold as is. 

We do our best to describe all imperfections but rely heavily on photographs to convey the bulk of condition information.

Measurements, unless stated by manufacturer's certification, are best estimates based on the use of in house measuring gauges and scales. All measurements should be considered approximate, especially those concerning gem sizes and cttw. As such, discrepancies in regards to these measurements are not considered valid reasons for returns unless outside the standard error of measurement.

We do not guarantee colors will be precisely as depicted as lighting differences and monitor settings can significantly alter the apparent color of an item. We do not guarantee watches keep accurate time as most watches we sell are mechanical and prone to variations in their timekeeping accuracy as they age.

Other

Most of our items are sold at no reserve. We do not make Buy It Now offers, but are always willing to entertain exceptional offers from interested buyers.
