First pics have ruler to show size (approx 2-3" x 0.75-1.5"). About 15-20 minutes work, some paints and/or chalks, maybe a little trimming to fit your spot; EVERY layout has GOT to have a junk pile SOMEWHERE if not several! Industrial site, behind a commercial garage, "on the OTHER side of the tracks (that part of town!)"...they'll look great! It's often the little details that make a good layout become an outstanding one. These castings have untrimmed bases, better to have the larger tags of base so YOU the buyer can decide if they're needed. Ground is never flat, there's little ridges and whatnot that make ground uneven. Also look closely, throughout the piles are little lighter-colored squiggles; some of those would look good painted shades of green, cuz old junk piles often have plants and weeds growing within them where seeds have germinated and sprouted a plant.
