We encourage you to use the shopping cart feature during checkout which allows you to purchase multiple items from us in a single transaction. Its easy to use and automatically applies any item or shipping discounts to your purchase.
SHIPPING
We ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. We charge an easy and affordable flat rate on our items to all of our US customers. We charge by weight and final destination to all International customers.
We use a variety of carriers to ensure that your order is accurately and quickly delivered. We offer upgrade options for an extra fee. If an available option is not fast enough, then please contact us to work out an alternative solution.
We offer a combined shipping discount on all of our items. With the shopping cart, you can mix/match items and know you are automatically getting the lowest combined shipping price available when you checkout in a single transaction.
We reserve the right to require Signature Confirmation on any order.
International customers are responsible for any taxes, custom's fees, or VAT charged by your country. These items are not extra charges from the seller and are not included in your final checkout total, unless specifically noted on invoice or transaction receipt.
RETURNS
Items are returnable for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Items must be returned in NEW condition and must still be sealed with all tags/labels still attached.
Items returned in damaged, opened, or altered condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Items returned due to an undeliverable/incorrect address or refusal to pick up/accept may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
