This is a new with tags from tj Maxx where I purchased this, size small cotton lace mesh spandex dress from intimately free people.  It is black with a racer back and small side slots on either side.  There is one small discoloration along the bottom hem that was present from the store.  I have showed this at a distance and up close.  It is on the front side of the dress.  Measurements shown in pictures.  I will ship this usps first class mail.
