The watch is in pristine condition (i.e. it has been polished and serviced), comes with complimentary Rolex box, Rolex instruction booklets, Rolex hangtag, certificate of appraisal, and ElegantSwiss Two Year warranty. The watch is running strong and keeping accurate time, having been timed to precision on Witschi Expert Timing Machine.

Diamonds are not set by Rolex.

We ship via FedEx with a Adult Signature Required and insured for full price against theft, loss, or damage while in transit.

For security of our customers and to prevent fraud, every watch is sent/received under HD video surveillance, with all serial/reference numbers on file.

We accept returns for any reason. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving item and shipped back within 30 days after authorization. We do not accept returns for international purchases - all sales are final. For watches that come wrapped in our signature tape, returns will not be accepted if the tape has been broken. If you wish to remove the tape to confirm authenticity, you must first decide if you are satisfied with the appearance of the timepiece.

For other returns we will refund the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping. The item must be shipped to us in the exact same condition in which it was shipped to you.
