We’re breaking the All-Time Finest 1972 Topps U.S. Presidents set on the PSA Set Registry, a popular non-sport issue nearly 50 years old with only 8 of the set’s 43 cards improvable given current population values. Featuring the first 37 Presidents from Washington through Nixon, seven presidential candidates for the 1972 election were added to the set by Topps for a total of 43 cards.
This listing is for the United States first president and the “Father of His Country,” George Washington. The Commander-In-Chief of the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War, Washington was unanimously elected President in the first two national elections and the only president not affiliated with a political party. One of only five examples graded PSA MINT 9 with none graded higher!
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days for refund or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and there is a 20% restocking fee. However, if MINT State misrepresented an item in the eBay listing title, description, or images, the original shipping and insurance will be refunded along with the full purchase price when the item has been returned to us. All returned items must be received back in the condition they were received by the buyer.
Shipping and Insurance
MINT State combines shipping for our customers when they purchase multiple items regardless of the eBay listing format, fixed price and auction. All shipping charges include 100% insurance of the total purchase price. We invoice buyers the item with the highest shipping cost and add an extra $1.00 for each additional item. If any of the items include free shipping, all of the items purchased will be shipped and insured at no charge to the buyer. Tracking information is both emailed to the buyer and loaded into the eBay system as soon as the shipping label is produced.
International Buyers
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Buyers are not allowed to ask sellers to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a “gift” to avoid customs fees. If a buyer asks us to commit customs fraud, it will be reported to eBay.
