How to install MOS CF Products (Stick-On):

1. Use a wiper to clean all the dirt and dust from the OEM part where you will install the CF product,

2. After cleaning, please remove one side of the double-sided 3M sticker of the CF product,

3. Stick the product on the OEM part, install it properly and make some pressure on it,

4. Installation is done.

(Note: For Stick On + OEM Screws Locked On Products, remove the screws or bolts that are holding the OEM part, but leave the OEM part installed and do not remove the OEM part from the bike before you install the CF products. Then Install back the screws or bolts after installation of CF products)

How to install MOS CF Products (Replacement Part):

1. Recommended to ask a technician or professional to do this work to avoid any improper installation of the product.

2. Remove the OEM/ Aftermarket product from the motorcycle,

3. And install this product instead, carefully,

4. Installation is done.

Custom Note: For international shipments, the Customer will be responsible for all Customs, VAT, Duty, Clearance, Taxes, Fees, and any other kind of cost involved in the import. Unfortunately, at MOS MOTOR we have no control over these fees as these fees are determined by local authorities. You can check with the customs department in your country to determine what will be charged.

Motofunshop does not provide refunds for tax and import fees.

Shipping Policy:

1. We provide worldwide shipping from Taiwan's Warehouse by trustworthy shipping companies. We only ship our products to the address stated on the order note/ page. Package handling will take 1-15 working days (depending on stock availability) after confirming payment. Please double-check stocks availability with us, payment amount, and shipping information before checking out the order to make sure everything is correct. We will not accept any change to your order after payment has been made and we will not accept requests for shipping to another address you did not state when making the order.

2. All our products are FREE SHIPPING to the USA and an additional charge will be available for other countries. If your country/ region is not on the list when you check out, please contact us for further details on how to make the purchase.

3. Custom Clearance Note:

a. The price stated is excluding import duties, taxes, and any other charges asked by the respective authorities in your country. All the charges should be borne by the customers.

b. We are not sure how each country’s custom clearance process is going. Please check with your country’s customs office in your country.

4. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before making the payment.

5. Order placed on weekend or national holiday will be processed on the following working days. We will update the tracking number to the system.

6. For combined shipping of several orders, please contact us for further information. We offer special discounts for combined shipping.

7. All goods will be packed in good condition. Please be noted that the stocks keep moving on an hourly basis. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you via eBay to inform you and discuss a further solution.

Return Policy:

1. We will approve refund requests only if the item has a defect before the customer uses the products or the products don’t fit properly.

2. Please check the products of your order when you receive the products and reject the package if the products have been damaged. Inform us immediately when you experience this situation.

3. We provide a refund if the products don’t fit properly, please inform us within 3 days after you receive the products and describe the detailed problem and also send us the pictures for confirmation.

4. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find a problem with our products. Our customer service will assist you to solve the problem.
