50 ea Boeing Aircraft p/n: 3D0006-4 Reduced Head 1/4”-28 Locking Nuts with Captive Self Aligning Washers. These special Nut & Washer assemblies are utilized in the aerospace industry. The Self Aligning Washers are attached to the Special Nuts with an epoxy. When tightened, the epoxy allows the nut to align the nut with the screw or bolt. The nut itself has a rounded aligning mating surface that goes into the special washer. See 2^nd photo of a Nut and Washer that were separated to show how they are made.
