Fuel Rail to suit GSXR1000 and GSXR1300 Hayabusa Throttle Bodies, Std Spaced
High performance 6063T6 billet aluminium fuel rail to suit the Suzuki GSXR1000 (k1-k2) throttle bodies as well as the Gen1 GSXR1300 Hayabusa.
Manufactured from our -6AN extrusion this fuel rail is pre-machined to the standard Keihin top feed injectors with 11mm O-ring on the standard spacing of 80mm. This item can also be made with alternative spacings for those applications where the throttle bodies have been re-spaced to suit another engine (eg Ford Zetec 92mm spacing). Each end of the rail can either be fitted with 8mm push on hosetails, -6AN (JIC) fittings or blanking plugs. Please specify your preference for each end when ordering.
The supplied brackets will pick up on the standard fuel rail mounting points. If the rail is to be used on the GSXR1300 Hayabusa throttle bodies there is a minor modification required as shown in our photographs (removal of some redundant mounting bosses from the castings).
NOTE: Our fuel rails are developed around the throttle bodies being fitted to car engines without the space constraints of the bike. This rail may be suitable for use in bike applications but we cannot guarantee this. Please message us to discuss if you are looking to run this in a bike application. Likewise bike engined car applications may also benefit from using this product

The extrusion features convenient ready marked centerlines for both cross-drilling (for custome bracketry) and injector bore drilling. We have also incorporated chamfers on the lower corners (where others are square) to both improve clearance to injector plugs and enhance the visual appeal.
