 At CIT Electronics, we are proud of the service and quality of the products we provide. If you have received your item and they are defective or damaged, we offer a 14-Day Return Policy.  Just send us a message through eBay messages and we will be happy to help.  

If you change your mind, you may also return the device, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.  The restocking fee covers our cost to test, list, ship the device, and any eBay fees we incur.   

We are a family run business that relies on eBay, so please be honest about why you are returning products. When people are dishonest it hurts our standing on eBay and makes it difficult to sell our quality devices.   

  1. What are your Shipping Guidelines? 

  1. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. 

  2. We ship within 1 business day. Examples: You pay for an item on Tuesday: we will ship it out before the end of the day on Wednesday. If you pay for an item on Friday through Sunday, we have until the end of the day Monday to ship the item (according to eBay guidelines). 

  3. PayPal will send you an email containing your tracking number, please allow 2 business days for this email to arrive. 

  4. Due to issues with USPS, we strongly discourage combined shipping if the value of the box would be greater than $750. We reserve the right to not combine shipments for any reason, even if the purchase is completed through a combined check out.
