as "Item may not be as shown". Or, "Item may be shown in a
box but it may not come in a box". Or, "Item may have scratches
or imperfections, maybe missing stickers or crooked labels".
WITH US, WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!!
RETURNS: We stand by the quality of our product and
provide a detailed description and photos to accurately show the color and the
product condition To the very best of our ability. These photos are not touched
up in any way. However, when working with pigments and colors
sometimes it is just very hard to match perfectly. I assure you, we
do our very best.
We extent a 30day return policy on our products only
if they are un-tested, un-opened and returned in the same packaging and
condition as sold. Do to health regulations we cannot accept
returns on makeup or fragrance products that are used, or tested. So
please, if you have any doubt, do not use or open the package as by law we
cannot accept them for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Gloss,
Mascara, lipsticks, eye paints or unsealed fragrances as we cannot sufficiently
check if they have been used.
I hope we can meet all of your needs as we do so very
much value your patronage. We thank you for trusting in that we will
bring you the very best product. But truly, the bottom line is we
value our Customers.
STORE POLICY
Authenticity: We
pride ourselves on selling only genuine products. Unfortunately,
there are many unsavory sellers, but we are not one of them. We sell
only quality originals. No fakes or copies and we do not sell
Testers.
RETURNS: Please
see the above. We cannot accept any returns on Makeup or Fragrance
due to health regulations. However, please review the above policy
for exception on this.
OUR
CHARGES: In some cases, we extend free shipping and in other cases
we need to charge a shipping fee.
COUNTRY
CHARGES: All countries have different requirements and fees for
customs and duty fees. Again, our shipping fees do not include
charges imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. If you
have any questions regarding these charges, please contact your country’s
Customs department.
