This is easily identified by the almost square receptacle, and the flat metal locking mechanism. The lever is separate from the mechanism.
If you have a black one-piece Mechanism/Lever with the words "LOCK < > UNLOCK" on it, and a clearly rectangular receptacle, you have a Generation 1 head and this plate WILL NOT FIT.
If so, we have the correct one available now in our store here .
