Offered for eBay is a handmade Nantucket style lighthouse basket with removable lid and swing handles. It is signed and dated 1998 on underside of base. Unsure who the initials stand for. Beautiful, created by a skilled craftsman in basketry and woodworking. Lid, handles and base are solid hardwood. Odd number of staves, counted 55. Well sanded and sealed, no fuzz or rough spots. Unsure what the handle fittings are made from. 

Basket measures 4.5" high without lid, outside rim diameter is 7", handle drop approx. 4". 

Basket is in excellent clean condition.
