1stForPrint is dedicated to providing a fast and easy solution for all your printing needs.

We do so by getting the products you need to your doorstep as quickly as possible at an affordable rate.

Should you experience any issues with delivery of your package, or you do not receive your package within a reasonable time past expected delivery date, please contact us.

Carrier

All orders are delivered through Royal Mail, though more heavier or bulky order may be sent by an alternative carrier.

Depending on the size or price of your order, it may be sent tracked. If this happens you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing and Handling Time

We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically 1 business day.

When placing orders that require you to provide artwork, please uploaded the relevant file(s) by 11am GMT using the url provided in your standard eBay confirmation email. If you don't make the 11am cut off we may contact you requesting the artwork and still print the same day, however this is at our discretion.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, except on bank holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Payment

1stForPrint accepts payments via PayPal.

Credit card purchases for non-PayPal buyers can be accepted through PayPal at checkout.

If you are planning on purchasing multiple items and require Standard Delivery, please ensure that you are adding all products to the eBay cart and completing your order for all applicable items at once. Purchases made individually may not qualify for combined shipping fees.

Returns

For "non personalised items" you can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Cancelling Orders

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to us going to print. Due to the bespoke nature of print, all printed materials are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations so we would not automatically refund a cancellation request once we have gone to print. However, we accept responsibility for the reprinting or refunding of orders where the goods are damaged on delivery or there are quality concerns with the printing process.

Shipping Refunds

If you did not pay a shipping charge, your order was for "non personalised items" and decide you do not want the item or you purchased the item in error, We will deduct the cost of delivery from the amount refunded.

If you paid a shipping charge, your order was for "non personalised items" and you decide you do not want the item or you purchased the item in error, the amount charged for shipping will not be refunded.

If you paid a shipping charge and the item is defective or we made an error of some kind, the amount charged for shipping will be refunded.
