Large, antique Chinese Red and white Cinnabar lacquer box with lid. Absolutely stunning hand carving of figures, and fine floral side panels and village buildings with figures carving. Please see all pictures for details and condition issues. Side Panels and top image on lid is intact. Deep carving throughout. Box is very, very old. Size is aproximately 8 inches across by 5 inches hight. There is  on the bottom of the bowl a line across, see pic #12, but it is mot a hairline fracture. It is where the layer of varnish is pulling away Piece has auction sticker on inside and says China and a number... Very beautiful antique presentation box.
