This is a new-sealed, long out of production Jack Skellington metal fastener mascots. It was created exclusively for the Japanese market in 1993. These are very scarce today. Particularly still sealed in the original packaging. This is new, old stock, originally sold at the former New Hope, PA toy store, Jones World.
