Shipping: FAST Shipping within 2-business days of receiving payment via USPS Priority Mail. Price is calculated based on your location, includes insurance and has no markup.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Returns & Refunds: I operate a money back guarantee so if you are unhappy with the product because it is defective, not as described or damaged please contact me to as soon as possible to arrange a return and refund within 30 days of receipt of item. If an item arrives damaged - please take photos of the damage including photos of the packaging (this helps me if I have to file a claim with USPS) and send those images to me when you report the issue. I know this can be a bit of a hassle, but I greatly appreciate it!
Terms:
- Returned items must be returned in their original packaging with all part(s) or item(s) included - partially returned items will not be accepted.
- Refunds of returned items will be issued within 3 business days upon my receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued via PayPal.
- If just a refund is due I will issue that promptly - within 24-48 hours. (Note: sometimes it is not worth the time or money to coordinate a return and I let the buyer keep the item in addition to refunding their money. However, I reserve the sole right to determine when that action is appropriate.)
- As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- I will NEVER charge you a restocking fee.
