Description

Far more than a conflict of imperial aggression, World War II was about "blood and soil," a fight to determine who would control the earth's resources and which races would be exterminated because they were deemed inferior or undesirable. This collection of essays, many never before published in English, illuminates the nature of the Nazi system and its impact on Germany and the world. Included are careful examinations of the Holocaust, the connections between the European and Pacific theaters of war, a comparative analysis of the leadership styles of Hitler, Stalin, Tojo, and Roosevelt and a look back at postwar Germany.  This book is in excellent condition, dust jacket has a little creasing at the top of the back cover.

Please check out my other  items and save with combined shipping.

IMPORTANT - If you win more than one auction, please do not pay until I send you an invoice reflecting the combined shipping.  Ebays shipping calculator adds the weights together and can't take into consideration there is only one box so the automatically generated invoice you receive at the end of the auction will probably not be correct.

HANDLING FEE AND SHIPPING COSTS - I do not set the shipping cost.  When I set up the auction, I enter the size of the package and weight and ebay quotes the shipping price based on your distance from me.  Also, please note that included in the shipping cost that you are quoted is a handling charge to help me offset selling fees, gas to the post office, and shipping supplies (although I recycle as much as possible). The handling fee is $.50 for US customers and $.75 for International. THIS IS ALREADY ADDED TO WHAT YOU ARE QUOTED ON THE AUCTION PAGE.   Ebay now charges me a final value fee based on the cost of shipping as does paypal and when you add that to a listing fee and fees based on the sales price, it really adds up and doesn't count what I paid for the item!
