CUMMINS INJECTOR COMPARATOR TEST STAND, MODEL: AG PRECISION 555

‘PRECISION 555’ Injector Comparator Test Stand is designed and built to provide extremely accurate and rapid testing of all P.T. Cummins unit injectors. It is a service market machine manufactured under strict international norms, ISO and CE approved. We are OE suppliers of these test benches to Cummins India, and hence their quality and accuracy is excellent. 

This comparator test stand is at par with any internationally known brand such as “Hartridge” (England) and that too at a fraction of the cost. All Pressure gauges, temp. controllers and tachometers are individually calibrated with Masters.

Features and Specifications:- 

  1. Independent motor (2 H.P.) for cam box operation.
  2. Independent motor (1 H.P) for Fuel Supply & Hydraulic clamp
  3. Gear Pump for fuel supply & hydraulic clamp driven by one motor.
  4. Direct read out in calibrated Test Tube Cap. 0-150cc with 1 cc least count
  5. Five cams cam-box with rapid change over for KT, NT, STC, Big cam and other Injectors. Quick Hydraulic clamp operated by independent gear.
  6. Oil Tank capacity 30 Liters with filtration unit.
  7. Oil level indicator.
  8. Magnetic drain plug mounted on cam box.
  9. Pressure gauge for fuel feed supply (0-200 P.S.I. / 0-14Kg/cm2 with isolating valve which controls the flickering of needle in pressure gauge.
  10. Pressure gauge for Hydraulic clamp (0-200 P.S.I. / 0-14Kg/cm2  with isolating valve which controls flickering of needle in pressure gauge.
  11. Heavy-duty cam-box with taper roller bearings which withstand vertical load of cam & injectors.
  12. Very rapid and accurate testing of all cummins injectors.

Additional features: Heating (2 KW) with digital temp. Controller 0-200˚c which can be preset to predetermined temperature with auto cut. Thermal cut out is electronically operated. Chiller system also available for cooling of test oil (if required - at extra cost)

Warranty:- 

The Precision 555 test bench comes with a Manufacturer warranty and full service backup of two years / 24 months from the date of supply.

Delivery Period (Important):-

Shipping:-

 You can choose either one of 2 modes of shipping:- 

1.    Economy Service (Slow) - The Test bench will be shipped via Sea to the nearest sea port in your country. It would take about 3 - 4 weeks for delivery after being shipped out of India. 

2.    Express Shipping Service (via Air Freight) - The test bench will reach you within 5 - 8 business days of being shipped out. Please Contact us for a shipping quote if you want the Test bench shipped via Air.   

Bill of Lading / Tracking information will be provided for both modes of shipment.
