This is a Smile Snowman Gold Tone Metal Enamel Lapel Pin, and Signed CENTENNIA 1979. It's in excellent vintage condition. It has a little dark red color on the hat the red part. please check the picture. Size is 2.25" with the pin, snowman is little less than 1" and 0.5".
