This vintage set is housed in retro gold gilted frames with textured embellishment, including a faux 'oxidation' appearance within those lines. Each has a brown paper backing with sticker from Windsor Art Products a Division of Illinois Moulding Co., Chicago, Illinois stamped with "Entrata Del Lago" and the numbered series: V3424-946. Please zoom in and view items carefully. The brown paper may have rips and the frame has damage due to being stored. I do have additional pictures taken if interested.
This set is large and hard to find. Each panel measures approx 42" tall x 26.25" wide x 1" including the frame dimensions! This is a four piece set.

Gimbels Schuster's originally sold the 18"x30" set for 24.99 in 1965. This set is much larger and is 42" x 26"!! And an excellent value to your home/italian restaurant/bistro!

Gimbel's acquired Milwaukee competitor Schuster's, and in that region operated stores from both chains for a while as Gimbels Schuster's. By 1965, Gimbel Brothers Inc. consisted of 53 stores throughout the country, which included 22 Gimbels, 27 Saks Fifth Avenue stores, and four Saks 34th St."
As for the works of Nicolo Corsi (1882 - 1956) who was an Italian Impressionist, Modernist painter. His works tended around figure, genre, land-and seascape paintings in watercolor and oil. This tetraptych limited edition set was inspired by such works.
