1) Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded.)
2) The shipment usually takes 7--15 business days to your Paypal address by Hong Kong Post Air-Mail. No tracking number to provide, or e-Packet express with a tracking number.
3) We ship to PayPal's address ONLY. Please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before you pay. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first BEFORE you pay, or contact us before you purchase.

1) All returns must have prior authorization. Buyer can contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages MUST display RMA Number.
2) Return shipping charges are to be borne by buyer. The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
3) Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, refund will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
4) Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
5) If buyer asks refund for defective products, shipping and handling cost is no refundable.
6) Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. No refund will be made for wrong purchase or by mistake. |
