Please do not accept the "guaranteed or estimated delivery date" as the day you will actually receive your items. Ebay and the USPS estimate that date and they are the ones that claim that is the date your items will arrive. Rarely does a package actually arrive on the estimated date of arrival due to many unforeseen circumstances such as weather, truck malfunction, traffic and more. Please use the USPS website for tracking. It's not great, but better than Ebay's tracking system. And remember, I'm not the post office. I don't drive, fly or swim the item to your house. Once it leaves my house and tracking shows "acceptance" or "distribution center" when tracking, I have no control over it.
The USPS is the one charging for shipping. I only put down the weight and size of the package. USPS charges the fee and Ebay collects it. I am not responsible for the price charged. I don't charge excess charges, even internationally.
All items are shipped in a tyvek envelope. If you are not ok with that, please email for an invoice to include boxed priority mail flat rate shipping. Because of such over reaching ebay rules, I have stopped accepting returns and exchanges.
