We aim to dispatch all orders Within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). An express delivery option is available on selected items.If your order is placed before 10:00 am (Monday to Friday), items will be sent the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes. deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE : All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The oourierwill try and deliverthe item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re- delivery. We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Items must be packaged exactly as received in original packaging (unless faulty under warranty) and in un-used, perfect condition. Don't FOR amendments please! This includes gluing items (perhaps to fix them), removing parts etc. A refund won't be processed if any of the above occurs.

If we receive back the goods damaged when returning as no longer required, I'm afraid you'll need to contact the courier you sent them with and claim, as we cannot process a refund.

Received Damaged? We're sorry about that.. Please tell us STRICLY within 48 hours of signing for the parcel and attach a photo of the damage and we will gladly replace it or refund you.(WE WILL ASK YOU PICTURE OF DAMAGE )
