Shipping Policy:
1. We provide worldwide
shipping from Taiwan or USA Warehouse by trustworthy shipping companies such as
DHL, TNT, EMS, FedEx, Toll, etc. We only ship our products to Registered PayPal
Address. Package handling will take within 1-3 working days after confirming
payment. Please double check your payment amount and shipping information
before checking out the order to make sure everything is correct. We will not
accept any change to your order after payment has been made and we will not
accept request of shipping to unregistered PayPal Address.
2. All our products are FREE
SHIPPING to USA, Australia, Canada and Asian countries. Other countries can be
shipped in additional costs. We currently have two distribution channels,
Taiwan and USA.
3. Custom Clearance Note:
a. The price stated is excluding import duties, taxes,
shipping charges and any other charges. All the charges should be borne by the
customers.
b. We are not sure how each country’s custom clearance
process is going. Please check with your country’s custom office in your
country.
4. Please make sure that
your shipping address is corresponding with your PayPal Registered Address before
making the payment.
5. Order placed on weekend
or national holiday will be processed on the following working days. We will
send the tracking number to the customers as prompt as possible after the
shipment.
6. For shipping from Taiwan
warehouse, we would decide which carrier is more appropriate to be used. It
will take around 2-5 working days. For some case, it might take longer days of
delivery depend on the destination country and dimension of item.
7. For shipping from USA
warehouse, we will your item using UPS Sure post or UPS Ground Service. It
takes around 1 - 5 days of shipping day. (PO Box address is not acceptable)
8. For combine shipping of
several order, please contact us for further information. We offer special
discounts for combine shipping.
9. All goods will be packed
in good condition. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you via eBay
to inform you and discuss a further solution.
Refund
Policy:
1. We will approve refund request only
if item has a defect before the customer use the products or the products don’t
fit properly.
2. Please check the products of your
order when you receive the products and reject the package if the products have
been damaged. Inform us immediately when you experience this situation.
3. We provide refund if the products
don’t fit properly, please inform us within 3 days after you receive the
products and describe the detailed problem and also send us the pictures for
confirmation.
4. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase or buy in wrong size. If you are not installed the item yet and
the item is complete without defective, you can return complete package and
exchange goods in same value or get 70% refund. In this case, we are not
responsible for return shipping cost. Please advise the color, if required.
5. Please contact us as soon as
possible if you find a problem with our products. Our customer service will
assist you to solve the problem.
