All items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.  Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). 
Clearly note if you want refund or replacement in your return request.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless it is damaged or defective.
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee might be up to 50% of the item(s) cost.
