3) LOGOS – If you have a logo that you would like to add to your name tag, we can incorporate
any logo in one of two ways for a small insertion fee. Read details below.

These name tags are lightweight, comfortable to wear, and very durable.

USE THE FOLLOWING GUIDE BELOW TO DESCRIBE YOUR TAG:

The following will be considered standard unless specifically requested otherwise.
1) All lines of text will be centered on the name tag.
2) Line 1 (L1) will be larger than Line 2 (L2) as shown in the sample tag above.
3) We will use Times Roman, or Helvetica font.

**BLANK TAGS; Please notify us that you want them blank. Do not just order without letting us know you want them blank. It will delay your order.

**SINGLE line of text; ( Single Line Centered ), please indicate:

(SLC): your text

** TWO lines of text, ( Two Line variety SHOWN IN PICTURE ), please indicate:

L1 : your text
L2 : your text

**Just one line engraved and the other left blank, please indicate:

  L1 : your text
  L2 : type-->leave blank
       This will engrave the top line while leaving the bottom line empty.   OR
  L1 : type-->leave blank
  L2 : your text
       This will engrave the bottom line while leaving the upper line empty.

**MULTIPLE LINES; If you require more than two lines of text, please email us with Special Instructions:

                  Please NOTE that due to size restraints, multiple lines on this name tag will print very small.

**LOGOS; We can incorporate a logo within your name tag for a Logo Insertion Fee.
  (1-20 name tags >>$5), (21+ name tags >>$10)
                  This fee is NOT per tag. It is based on the lot of tags ordered.
COLOR LOGOS (cost $1 extra per tag)
   Please email us clear copies of any logos intended for use.
We will provide instructions on how to pay for all logo fees from our ebay webstore AFTER you place your order.

BE CLEAR with your descriptions, punctuation marks, capital lettering, etc.
We will copy and paste all information EXACTLY as you submit it.

Single line descriptions can lead to multiple interpretations and can get engraved wrong. Please be very CLEAR on your descriptions.
Anything you write after "L1:","L2:" will be copied exactly as written, including any quotation marks, numbers, symbols, etc.
We will copy and engrave your tag exactly as you write it. If you do not want something to be engraved, do not write it.

PROBLEMS?
1) If you do not receive your name tag in short amount of time, please notify us.
Most likely we did not receive any information from you and are waiting for you to let us know what you want.

2) Please DO NOT OPEN UP ANY DISPUTES. Opening disputes is a waste of time, when we can resolve any issues quicker with direct contact.

Return Policy: Any error made by us will be corrected and sent back to you at our expense. Any error made by the buyer can be rectified by us, but will result in another charge for the revised product. If you are not clear with your descriptions (clearly indicating SLC, L1, L2, L3, etc.) and simply give us a one or two line message, any error due to misinterpretation will be the buyer's fault and will result in another charge for the revised product. We will not be held responsible for items not delivered by the post office on time or at all. REMEMBER WE CAN ONLY MAKE AND SEND SO MAKE IT EASY FOR US. There are NO REFUNDS for tags ordered and "not liked" for whatever reason. We can redo the order to meet your liking, but by ordering name tags from this Ebay ad, you are agreeing to abide to this return policy. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please do not open disputes, for items not correct or "not liked". Simply contact us to resolve any issue. If for any reason you do not like your tag, DO NOT STICK ON THE MAGNET / PIN and contact us immediately.
